Fall Ball Registration is now open

If your daughter/son is interested in playing this fall, please log on Blue Sombrero and sign up Through August 17th.

Fall Ball registration is now open. Please log in and register before Friday, August 17th. The sooner that you register, the sooner we will know if we have enough kids at each level to field a team. Don’t forget to include your child’s shirt size. As always, we are looking for volunteers to coach in the fall so please let us know if you are interested.

Here are details on fees for the Fall:

The Fall season runs from late August through end of October, depending on weather. Practices/Games will take place throughout the week and on weekends. Days and times will settle in once we have a coach and determine how many teams we will have. We do our best to be flexible with the kid’s other activities. We also do our best to schedule games with other local organizations who run fall ball programs. Worst case scenario, kids will receive additional practice time to continue working on fundamentals and preparing them for the league they will play in next Spring. Generally, one practice and one game during the week, including the weekend.

Softball – all girls will receive a long sleeve moist wick shirt.

8U Slow Pitch = $20 – We don’t pay for umps at this level so fees are reduced.
10U, 12U and 15U – Slow and Fast Pitch = $30

Baseball – all kids will receive a long sleeve moist wick shirt

Tball through Instructional = $20 – We don’t pay for umps at this level so fees are reduced.
Farm through Little League – $30

If you are interested in playing Pony level, please email me directly to discuss.

We will be looking for coaches for the Fall season. If you are interested, please complete the volunteer section on the registration form. Fall season is more laid back as kids are adjusting to playing up to the next level. This is a chance for them to gain some confidence going into next season and allow us more time to focus on fundamentals that will continue to make them better players going forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions, please let me or any other Board member know. Also – please pass this along to friends/families who may have younger kids or who haven’t played for SALL in the past and aren’t part of our distribution list.
